Who We Are
Optimum Advocates is the only stable based in Glasgow and one of the largest at the Scottish Bar. Our members are trusted across Scotland for their client-focused approach and effective representation in criminal law, where we remain pre-eminent, as well as in family, regulatory, immigration, employment, and inquiry work. With advocates at all levels of seniority, we appear in courts, tribunals, and hearings throughout Scotland and across the UK.

We provide representation for clients in all Courts throughout Scotland, Tribunals, Hearings and Inquiries at all levels, both in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK

We accept instructions on both a legal aid and private client basis.
